Principal’s Message

Mary Sepulveda

Dear Juarez/Lincoln High School Families,

It is with great pride and excitement that I introduce myself as the new principal of Palmview High School. As a fellow parent of three daughters, I deeply understand the hopes, dreams, and expectations you have for you children. Like you, I want them to thrive in a safe, supportive, and academically challenging environment that prepares them for lifelong success.

Palmview High School has a strong legacy of pride and achievement, and I am honored to lead our school into the next chapter in our journey towards excellence. I believe that high school should be more than just academics—it should be a place where students develop the skills, confidence, and character to thrive in college, careers, and beyond. From rigorous coursework to real-world learning opportunities, our mission is to ensure every student graduates prepared and empowered.

One of our key goals this year is to improve student attendance. Every day matters, and regular attendance is critical to academic success—especially as students take on more rigorous courses. We will work together to create a campus culture where students want to be here, feel supported, and are motivated to succeed.

Above all, I believe in the power of partnership. To achieve meaningful improvements in student outcomes and ensure a solid future for every child, we must work hand in hand with parents and families. Your engagement, encouragement, and collaboration are essential to student success. Together, we can provide the support, structure, and opportunities our students need to thrive and fulfill our district’s vision of Educational Excellence: The Right of Every Student.

Thank you for entrusting us with your children. I look forward to working with you throughout the school year.
